SLOWAVE was born in Taiwan. It is a beverage brand created for fine dining.

At a time when contemporary cuisine continues to reshape terroir and sensory experience,
we believe that wine is more than something served in a glass.
It is also a continuation of culinary expression.
Through local ingredients and modern techniques, SLOWAVE builds a
food-and-wine system that responds to the flavour structure of Asian cuisine,
while developing a new language for contemporary dining.

We do not follow the traditional framework of alcoholic drinks.
Instead, we start from the seasoning, texture, and sensory layers of Asian cuisine
and rethink the relationship between wine and food. Taste is no longer just a brief sensation.
Through the interplay between food and wine, it can be understood more fully.
